Thank you for considering Ravenswood for your upcoming event.
At Ravenswood, we believe that we can accommodate all your needs for a
variety of occasions, such as wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners,
sporting league banquets, baby/wedding showers or business/organization meetings.
Our banquet facility is capable of seating up to 75 comfortably, and is available day or night
for your luncheon or dinner needs. Included in this pamphlet is a list of
our hors d'oeuvres, lunch buffets, dinner occasions, dinner buffets and beverage options.

General Information
Room Rental:
Facilities are available for "4" hours per occasion (3 hours
for luncheons) at no extra charge. Additional hours may be purchased at the
rate of $50.00 per hour.
Arrangements:
A minimum expenditure of $375.00 must be made off the
banquet menu in order to book the banquet room with no rental fee. Cash bar
arrangements cannot be counted as part of this expenditure.
Entertainment:
Dance floor, stereo with CD player, big screen television
with VCR, wireless microphone & podium are available for your use. Please
advise the banquet manager if you plan on having any live entertainment,
Zing-A-Grams, or a disc jockey.
Also available is a DVD Player that will ALSO display, a slideshow of
Digital pictures burned on a standard CD-Rom, on our Large Screen TV.
(Burn the images as JPEG's only as separate files with no sub-directories.)
Beverages:
Many beverage options are available. Please remember due to
NYS & Federal Laws, the bar & wait staff will NOT be permitted to serve
alcoholic beverages to intoxicated persons or persons under 21 years of age.
Please notify us of guests under 21 that will be attending. All beverages
must be purchased at this restaurant.
Extras:
Table linens and hurricane lamps are provided at no extra cost.
Banquet Contract and Terms
Deposit:
A minimum deposit of $100.00 must be made when booking the
function to guarantee the particular date. The deposit will be deducted from
your bill at the end of the function. During the month of December, our deposit
for a Friday or Saturday event is $200.00.
Payment:
Balance of the bill is due in full at the conclusion of the
function. All prices are subject to a 7% sales tax and a 18% service charge.
Guarantees:
Menu selections & the number of guests must be made 10 days
prior to the function. Any additions or cancellations must be made 72 hours
prior to the function. NO changes can be made after that time. We will
prepare the food based on your final count. You will be billed for that
number even if a lesser number attend.
Cancellations:
Deposits will not be refunded if the function is canceled
within a 45 day period prior to the booked date.
Damages:
Host is responsible for any damages, by any guest, to any
equipment or properties of this restaurant; and the replacement thereof.
Prices are subject to change.
Ravenswood Banquet Facility is not handicap accessible.
